Where a job can be priced up front, it is — set before we arrive, not after. Where it genuinely depends on what we find, we quote once we have seen the work, because a number given any earlier is a guess.

We handle smaller home repairs and installations: shelf installation, TV mounting, closet assembly and disassembly, drywall repair, interior painting, gutter cleaning, and sewage backups. If the work falls outside that scope or needs a licensed trade, we will tell you before going any further.
Yes. Handyman work begins with a one-hour consultation at $149, which is the minimum charge. If you proceed, the consultation fee is credited toward the total job cost.
Yes. Grouping small tasks into one visit is usually the cheaper way to do them, so tell us everything on the list up front and we can plan the time and quote it together.
We can supply standard materials and add their cost to the job. If you want a specific fixture, tile, finish, or other product, you can provide it yourself. Confirm the materials with us before the work begins.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other regulated work must be completed by the appropriate licensed professional. The exact requirement depends on the work and local code. We will tell you if your job needs a licensed trade when we review it.
A job is usually beyond handyman scope when it becomes a larger renovation, structural project, or work that requires a licensed trade. Small repairs and installations fit this service better. If the work is larger, we can direct it to the appropriate KOM service or licensed professional.
Yes. We mount TVs and hang shelves, including on plaster and brick, using the right anchors for the wall. We check the wall condition before mounting anything heavy.
We can review unfinished work and determine what is needed to complete or correct it. We cannot assume responsibility for the previous contractor's work without seeing its condition first, and some jobs may need repairs before they can be finished. The work is quoted after we inspect the current situation.
