Where a job can be priced up front, it is — set before we arrive, not after. Where it genuinely depends on what we find, we quote once we have seen the work, because a number given any earlier is a guess.
Maintenance and construction under one roof, so the people who build it are the people you call afterwards.
Subcontractor services are for general contractors, builders, and property managers who need a specific trade covered on a project they are managing. We complete our agreed part of the work rather than managing the whole project.
Yes, we perform trade work as a subcontractor for other contractors. In that role, we handle the agreed portion of the project rather than acting as the general contractor for the entire job.
We offer tile, flooring, concrete, painting, and drywall as subcontracted services. Each trade can be booked for its own scope without us running the wider construction project. The work is quoted after we review what needs to be done.
Before the project begins, we meet with the general contractor to agree on the schedule and specifications. We then coordinate our work with the wider project schedule.
We typically use the materials already available on site, depending on the project requirements. Material responsibilities are agreed before the work is priced so the scope and cost are clear.
Yes. We can handle high-volume and repeat trade work for builders and property managers.
Subcontracted work is quoted after we review the scope, site, and trade involved. We do not give a price or range before looking at the job and understanding what our portion includes.
We can review unfinished trade work and determine what is needed to complete or correct it. Existing work may need repairs before we can continue, so we cannot assume it is ready to build on without inspection. The remaining work is quoted after we review its condition.
