We handle residential and commercial cleaning, including one-off deep cleans, recurring cleaning, and rental turnovers. The exact scope is based on the property and what you want cleaned, so we review the job before quoting it.
What is post-construction cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning removes the fine dust and residue left after building or renovation work. It covers floors, fixtures, trim, and other surfaces that ordinary housekeeping may not clean fully. If construction dust has entered the HVAC system, we may also recommend duct cleaning.
How is cleaning priced?
We price cleaning after reviewing the property, its condition, and the work required. We confirm the price before the cleaning begins.

How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the property’s size and condition. A deep clean of about 1,500 square feet takes 2 people around 8 hours. Larger properties may take longer.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not strictly, though we prefer you to be there. Being on site means you can point out what matters to you and see the result before we leave.
What's the difference between a deep clean and regular cleaning?
A deep clean covers heavier buildup and areas that are not usually addressed during routine cleaning. Regular cleaning focuses on ongoing upkeep once the property is already in reasonable condition. The exact tasks included should be agreed on before the job begins.
Can you clean a rental between tenants?
Yes. We clean rental properties after one tenant leaves and before the next moves in. We price the work after reviewing the property and the cleaning required.
