You lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial projects across our service divisions. You work with clients, the estimating side, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget, and you own the relationship until the job is finished.
What you will do
- Manage residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion
- Supervise and support the estimating side during proposals
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall performance
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates
- Resolve project issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections as needed
What we are looking for
- Experience managing construction, maintenance, or property service projects preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Experience managing projects across multiple service trades
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
- Experience supervising sales or estimating personnel
