Marketing Intern
Own KOM's social presence — account administration, content production, and performance reporting.

You run KOM's social media accounts and produce what goes on them, from the first idea through filming, editing, and publishing, then report on what it achieved. The role spans every service division, residential and commercial, and splits between the office and active job sites.
What you will do
- Administer KOM's social media accounts across all platforms
- Research competitors, local demand, and content opportunities
- Develop content concepts, including video and entertainment formats
- Write, film, and edit content, and hold the schedule through to release
- Build a photography and video library from active job sites
- Keep the Google Business Profile current with posts, photos, service areas, and customer questions
- Report on content and search performance, and apply the findings to upcoming work
What we are looking for
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
- Comfortable both behind the camera and on it
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enrolled in a marketing, communications, or film program, or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to have
- A portfolio, reel, or personal channel demonstrating past work
- Experience managing business social accounts
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Search Console, or Meta Business Suite
- Knowledge of the trades, construction, or home services
- Bilingual capabilities
